The Alkaline EP associates the works of AES Dana (Vincent Villuis) and MIKTEK (Mihalis Aikaterinis), the second chapter in a series of three.
Skilful blend of granular soils, earthy glitches, oxydised rhythms & basslines flowing into diaphanous & breathing pads. These 3 new chapters explore the Minimal Ambient & Liquid Drum’n’Bass structures to in fine propose a cinematic and out of time chronicle, switching from quiet territories to ultra-modern violence.
Master Margherita’s 4th printed album is now available in our shop. Released on BlueHourSounds, Afro-Dots is a big mashup of styles and textures, an interpretation by Master Margherita of the many facets that can be manifested through Psychedelic sounds; a journey through atmospheric landscapes mastered by Vincent Villuis at Ultimae studio.
Music by AES Dana to feature in Susan Kucera‘s “Breath of Life” a documentary exploring the fact that Humans are the only species capable of imagining the future while at the same time ignoring the consequences of the future we are creating.

The second installment in Igloo Magazine’s Ultimae Special Mix Series comes courtesy of skillful sound designer, Mihalis Aikaterinis aka Miktek. Miktek has created a wonderful sonic stream that smoothly merges Post-rock-infused Electronica and crafty IDM fragments with spacey Ambient Downtempo. A deep and meticulously performed mix.
