H.U.V.A. NETWORK

H.U.V.A. Network is a collaborative project by Swedish composer Magnus Birgersson (Solar Fields) and French composer Vincent Villuis (AES Dana). Together, they explore ambient-electronica landscapes, cinematic downtempo, and oneiric trip-hop with an occasional dash of rock.

They blend organic and synthetic sounds to create immersive soundscapes where atmospheric textures, soulful melodies, and complex rhythmic structures intertwine.

Their discography under the Ultimae label includes two studio albums, “Distances” and “Ephemeris“. In addition to these, H.U.V.A. Network has also released a live recording from their captivating performance at the renowned Glastonbury Festival, showcasing their ability to translate their studio magic into a live setting.

Though H.U.V.A. Network hasn’t released new albums for some time, they collaborated with Stevie Nicks, an American singer-songwriter known for her work with the band Fleetwood Mac, and Sheryl Crow on the song “The Lighthouse” out on September 27, 2024 which samples their track “Something Heavens” from the “Ephemeris” album; highlighting the enduring influence of their music in new creative contexts.
