« Vyana », which closes Martin’s sonic triptych, is a short story built upon 4 tracks echoing the atmospheres of the Apana EP and Treeline album while opening to new sensations and emotions. The composer brings his distinctive array of pads, basslines, glitchy textures and unfurls evanescent ever floating melodies to reach new grounds. Neither above nor below, here nor there, an absolute presence, as vital and essential as breath.
