CHÂTEAU PERCHE FESTIVAL 2017 | August 4 – 6 (France)

FOCAL will be performing a DJ Set at CHÂTEAU PERCHE FESTIVAL. The event based in Ainay-le-Vieil, a medieval fortress with high walls, moats and classical gardens, is undeniably French Touch. But Château Perché keeps its line-up open with a selection of the best of European techno and deephouse. In this castle where Colbert’s family used to live, now Perchépolis will be rubbing shoulders. In a Kitsch universe of red velvet and golden Rococo, it is easy to lose one’s mind, forgetting not only what time it is but what year it is. With exhibits, shows, food and friends, Château Perché will once again delight the techno-lovers, summer dreamers and counter-culture creatives who join the yearly adventure in August.

For anyone with their pulse on cutting edge music, Neel is synonymous with quality. He’s one half of the critically acclaimed duo, Voices From The Lake (with Donato Dozzy), and here he teams up with his studio partner, Filippo Scorcucchi.

The pair present a project called LF58 (named after Neel‘s mastering/recording studio in Rome) for our latest installment in the Late Night Innominate series. Three untitled ambient tracks all created with modular synthesizers, full of emotion and technical brilliance.

Fields of Transformation by Claudy Jongstra | Connect.ohm

We’re proud to present the work of Claudy Jongstra with this video installing major art piece ‘Fields of Transformation’ in the Moelis Family Grand Reading Room in Van Pelt-Dietrich Library Center Penn Libraries at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Claudy Jongstra was invited to create this large piece by global design firm Gensler, Philadelphia.
