Originally founded in 1993 as the private label for Terre Thaemlitz (aka Dj Sprinkles), then a New York DJ, Comatonse releases emphasize the use of audiophile and specialty vinyl. Today, located in the Tokyo metropolitan area, Comatonse also offers digital editing and mixing services, and ambient/electroacoustic DJ performances.
