Mark Beazley founded the group Rothko in early 1997, who released albums, singles and ep’s on many labels around the globe before first signing a publishing deal with Mute Song in November 2000 and then an album deal with Too Pure Records in 2001, releasing the album ‘A Continual Search For Origins’.
In 2003, he started his own label, Trace Recordings, who’s first release was the critically acclaimed ‘Wish For A World Without Hurt’ his collaboration with Washington DC’s BLK w/BEAR [ aka Jim Adams ].
